The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our romantic escape even more special. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our balcony, and the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the variety of options offered every day.

Although we didn't experience anything that we didn't like during our stay, we did notice that the ocean view rooms were a bit smaller than the other rooms. This might be something to keep in mind when choosing a room, but it didn't bother us at all.

Had a weekend in a Brazilian hotel this last month. Really loved the beautiful balcony view of the sea and big clean rooms. The location was perfect with many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The internet was fast and dependable for searching great restaurants and checking out the local scene.

The customer service was less than satisfactory. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in doing their job correctly and made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The staff was courteous and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, superb location with a breathtaking ocean view, delicious breakfast with variety of foods.
